Detailed specifications for orders are established in individual client quotations or official contracts.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, logos, text, imagery, and code on this website are the intellectual property of G&S Premium Group Sdn Bhd unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any material from this site without our prior written consent.

Clients submitting artwork, logos, or brand files for custom manufacturing warrant that they possess full rights and ownership over such intellectual property.

3. Production & Quotation Terms

• Quotations: Price quotes provided via email or website forms are valid for the period indicated on the quotation document.
• Artwork Approval: Clients are required to review and approve final digital mockups before full-scale production commences. G&S Premium Group is not responsible for errors present in client-approved mockups.
• Lead Times: Production and delivery lead times are estimated in good faith and depend on batch volume and component availability.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, G&S Premium Group Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
